Smoked Turkey and Provolone on Italian Semolina
Makes two sandwiches Ingredients ½ lb. smoked turkey, sliced
4 slices provolone cheese ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Salad greens, such as mesclun or other baby lettuces
4 slices BLB Italian semolina In a small bowl, combine the mustard and mayonnaise. Spread a thin layer of the Dijon mayonnaise on all four slices of semolina. Divide the turkey and cheese between two of the bread slices, starting with the turkey. Lay a small handful of salad greens on the cheese
