Weekend Brunch: Smoked Salmon on French Baguette
What you need to serve 4:
1/2 lb. Smoked salmon Small red onion, thinly sliced
6 oz. Cream cheese French baguette Capers (optional)
Cut baguette in quarters. Then slice each quarter in half lengthwise.
Spread one side of the 4 sandwiches liberally with cream cheese.
Layer sandwiches with salmon.
Top with the desired amount of red onion and optional capers.
