Weekend Brunch: Smoked Salmon on French Baguette


What you need to serve 4:

1/2 lb. Smoked salmon Small red onion, thinly sliced

6 oz. Cream cheese French baguette Capers (optional)

  1. Cut baguette in quarters. Then slice each quarter in half lengthwise.

  2. Spread one side of the 4 sandwiches liberally with cream cheese.

  3. Layer sandwiches with salmon.

  4. Top with the desired amount of red onion and optional capers.
