Our light and flaky croissant dough is spread with cinnamon and cane sugar and twisted. Once baked, we dust it with powdered sugar.
PASTRY: Unbleached flour (wheat), milk, butter, sugar, eggs, yeast, salt.
FILLING: Sugar, cinnamon.
TOPPING: Confectioners' sugar (sugar, cornstarch).
