This leaf-shaped bread is a specialty of southern France.


Made with focaccia dough, brushed with extra-virgin olive oil, and sprinkled with fresh rosemary and parmesan cheese. Try serving it with savory spreads, with a hearty soup, or enjoy it as is.


Boogasse made especially for Halloween!  Each boogasse is an original-- some scarier than others.


    Unbleached white flour (wheat), water, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, yeast.  Topping: Parmesan cheese, rosemary, extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt.

    Made in a facility that processes tree nuts.
