It takes three days to make our traditional all-butter croissants. Layers of sheeted dough are pressed together to form a pastry that’s light and flaky. 

  • INGREDIENTS

    Plain Croissant: Flour (wheat), milk, butter, sugar, eggs, yeast, salt.

    Pain au Chocolat: Unbleached flour (wheat), milk, butter, sugar, eggs, yeast, salt.  Filling: Chocolate batons (suger, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, lecithin, and vanilla).

    Almond Croissant: Unbleached flour (wheat), milk, butter, sugar, eggs, yeast, salt. Filling: Butter, almond paste, cane sugar, almonds, eggs, almond extract, dark rum. Topping: Almonds, confectioners' sugar (sugar, cornstarch).
