How to bake a frozen, raw unbaked Beach Lake Bakery pie:

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Place frozen pie on parchment-lined baking sheet (do not thaw pie).

  • Large pie: Bake for 30 min., rotate pan and bake another 30-45 min. For Apple & Peach pies, bake an additional 30 minutes.

  • Mini pie: Bake for 20 min., rotate pan and bake another 20-25 min. For Apple & Peach pies, bake an additional 15 minutes.

 

Pie crust should be golden brown & the fruit juices bubbling out of the slits on the stop of the pie
